INGREDIENTS

  • 100 gm butter
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • ¼ cup condensed milk
  • ¼ cup Yogurt
  • Coconut and jaggery mixture
  • Whipped cream
  • Raisins
  • Coconut and jaggery mixture

HOW TO PREPARE MODAK CUPCAKES

    Add butter in a bowl Whisk.
  2. 2

    Add the all purpose flour, baking powder, caster sugar, condensed milk, and yogurt.
  3. 3

    Mix the ingredients well and prepare a batter.
  4. 4

    Add the batter in the cupcake moulds and bake them in a pre heated oven at 180?C for 20 25 minutes.
  5. 5

    Scoop out a hole in the middle of each muffin with a cookie cutter.
  6. 6

    Spoon in the coconut jaggery stuffing.
  7. 7

    Top with whipped cream and raisins.
  8. 8

    Sprinkle coconut jaggery mixture on top and serve.
